The International Association of Paella Valenciana Contest is created through the passion of two people for the Paella.
A couple formed by
Nathalie Bertheau ( le Monde du Jambon « PataNegra »)
José López-Cordón ( La Paella Ibérica)
2016 Bronze Medal.
2017 Gold Medal, Digital Semi-Final.
2017 /2018 Ambassadors of Europe.
They participated in the International Contest of Paella Valenciana in 2014, they were finalists in the group of 35 participants of the 54th edition of the competition. In 2015, the 55th edition of the competition they finished awarded with a diploma, corresponding to the 6th position.
From there and gaining confidence with the committee of the Organization of the Contest, they propose us to be Partner in France and carry out the organization of the 1st Semifinal in France, oddly enough it will be the 1st time to be organized in Europe. To accomplish our organization the ASSOCIATION CONCOURS INTERNATIONAL DE PAELLA “ACIP” is created.
The goal of association is to promote the gastronomic culture of Spain and the organization of the International Contest of Paella Valenciana for this purpose will have all possible means such as Sponsor, advertising, financial participation of paella lovers, etc…paella courses, courses in cutting jamón ibérico
